Lithonia Housing Authority
LITHONIA, GEORGIA
The Lithonia Housing Authority was formed in July of 1953. Located in the city of Lithonia, in DeKalb County, the agency owns and operates low-income housing.
In addition, the Agency administers one hundred ninety-six Housing Choice Vouchers. The 196 Housing Choice Vouchers, administered by the Authority, are issued to eligible citizens in the LHA jurisdiction and are funded under the HUD Section 8 program.
